Return & Refund Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Items such as sale/discounted products may not be eligible for return.
Return Process
Contact our support team at zennva.shop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
⚠️ Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 22 to 25 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Store Credit
In some cases, refunds may be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
